Aldo Parenti


Aldo founded Parenti Insurance in 1995, focusing on personal insurance, property risk and teaming up with fidelity as a premier carrier partner. Aldo spent significant time developing trusted advisor relationships with his customers and has been involved in numerous charitable and local organizations including assisting with veterans and also volunteering with The Elks. Aldo retired in 2011 and enjoys spending time with his family, golf, gardening, and reading.

Chris Larmore

President and Risk Consultant

Chris graduated from Michigan State University’s marketing program with high honors in 2006. He worked at national agencies until he acquired Parenti Insurance in 2010.

Chris was voted a top specialty insurance agent in 2011 by US Specialty Brokers Magazine and was also featured in the insurance journal as a top agent under 30. Chris’ has written articles for Construction Business Owner Magazine and has spoken about risk management in front of crowds of 500+.

During his insurance career, Chris has obtained the designations of:

  • CRM-Certified Risk Manager
  • PHR-Certified Professional In Human Resources
  • CRIS-Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist

Chris enjoys consulting and public speaking engagements geared toward helping business owners grow. His hobbies include family time, ice fishing, fly fishing, upland bird hunting, woodworking, playing the guitar, motorcycling, snowmobiling, and reading.

Lindsay Karmanowski

Office Manager

Lindsay is responsible for providing support to the team and helping with administrative functions, billing & finance, and client deliverables. She has over a decade of experience in office administration and providing support to organizations. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in English from Oakland University in 2009, a Master of Business Administration from Baker College in 2013, and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in 2017. She is a proud military spouse and enjoys spending time with her family and dog.

Kalyn Korte

Construction Risk Insurance Specialist

Kalyn has 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with 8 years of experience working with contractors & construction risks. She is finishing up the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designation in 2021 and plans to further her knowledge & work towards other industry designations. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two dogs or binge-watching true crime documentaries.

Jagdeep Singh

Customer Service Representative

Jagdeep has been working as an insurance customer service representative since 2019 and takes pride in delivering accurate and prompt work. He keeps a positive attitude while making sure clients get back their requests promptly. Jagdeep has a dog that he loves and enjoys collecting whiskey. He likes to read novels, watch documentaries & travel to different places.

Julian Semenoro

New Business Coordinator

Julian has 8 years in business development and has joined the Red Cedar team to help out coordinating with new prospects as they onboard with Red Cedar. He also leads a small marketing team and helps make sure current clients are getting good quality content from us via Zywave. Julian is taking constant insurance education so we can continue the legacy of delivering high quality consulting to our insurance clients. His personal hobbies include swimming, cooking and fishing.

Emma Mattingly

Account Manager

Emma has 3 years of experience serving contractors on their insurance needs, and is working on the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designation currently.  She attended college at University of North Carolina Wilmington where she studied business with a concentration in accounting and psychology. Outside of work, she spends her time relaxing at the beach, hanging out with friends and family, and taking frequent trips to the mountains to hike and explore.
